Citizen marks the 40th anniversary of its pioneering Aqualand—the world’s first diver’s watch with an electronic depth sensor—by releasing a special PROMASTER Aqualand 40th Anniversary Limited Edition.

A modern homage to the 1985 original, this new model retains key design elements such as the 4 o’clock crown, three pushers, and the prominent depth sensor at 9 o’clock. The case features a matte grey brushed finish with gold accents, lending it a premium, commemorative feel.

Beyond its classic aesthetic, the watch includes advanced features like depth measurement, dive time tracking, an ascent rate alarm, and standard functions including time, calendar, alarm, and chronograph. The strap is crafted from BENEBiOL™, a plant-based polyurethane that’s both moisture-resistant and environmentally friendly.
